Policies

Dishonored Payments

If your payment is dishonored for any reason, your debt will immediately be sent to collections and will be pursued aggressively. You will pay all collection costs and attorney's fees.

Baggage

To ensure speedy departures, baggage is strictly limited, as follows:

MALL Passengers: ONE SUITCASE not exceeding 24" x 16" x 10" and weighing less than 40 lbs may be stored in the baggage compartment.

AIRPORT Passengers: TWO SUITCASES not exceeding 24" x 16" x 10" and weighing less than 40 lbs may be stored in the baggage compartment.

ONE PERSONAL ITEM may be carried on. Carry-on baggage is limited to one small duffle bag, bookpack, or laptop computer bag per passenger.

Valuable items must be carried with you at all times and are not permitted in baggage compartments.

Bicycles, appliances, furniture, and other large objects cannot be accommodated. Laundry bags, trash bags, shopping bags, cardboard boxes and other open or easily-damaged items are prohibited.

Passengers may stow baggage in baggage compartments at their own risk. Company, its employees, and subcontractors shall not be liable for loss of, or damage to, stowed or carry-on baggage under any circumstance. For your safety and the security of passenger baggage, passengers are not permitted to open underfloor luggage compartments.

No refund is available to passengers denied boarding for excess baggage.

Schedules

Since all clocks and watches on the planet are not synchronized, we recommend that you arrive at your point of departure at least fifteen minutes before scheduled departure time. Bus may depart up to ten minutes before scheduled departure time.

Experience has shown our schedules to be very reliable, but these and all schedules are approximate and subject to change. Company does not guarantee that its buses will arrive at or depart from any point at any specific time. Allow additional time during inclement weather and road construction.

Tickets & Refunds

Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstance. Exception: Tickets may be refunded 4 hours prior to first departure if not viewed by purchaser.

Ticket is valid on date and schedule number indicated on ticket, from origin indicated on ticket to destination indicated on ticket. Ticket is not transferable or exchangeable. Exception: If you are boarding at O'Hare, you may pay $5 to stand by on an earlier or later trip.

In the event that ticket is used to obtain transportation on another day or at another time, or to or from a Chicago area stop other than printed on your ticket, you will be charged full fare for the trip you actually rode plus all collection costs.

Cellular Phone Usage

In the interest of the sanity of those around you, cellular phone usage is limited to 3 minutes per passenger per trip. Passengers inconvenienced by others making excessive use of their cell phone are encouraged to confront those who violate this policy.

Passengers

Company reserves right to refuse transportation to any person whose conduct or behavior is objectionable to company or is likely to be objectionable to others, or who interferes with, disrupts, or delays, boarding or office operations.

Liability

Company and subcontractor liability is limited to cost of ticket only.

Children

Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 60" tall are prohibited. Each child must possess a valid full-fare ticket. Lap-sitting is not permitted under any circumstance.

Lost Tickets

You MUST present driver with a valid ticket to board -- printed on paper or displayed on iphone or laptop. Lost, Stolen, Destroyed, and Misplaced Tickets are unusable.

Smoking

For your own health and the health of those around you, smoking is strictly prohibited.

Food & Drink

Food and drink are prohibited on all vans/sprinters, but most food is permitted on buses. Dairy products and smelly food are prohibited from all vehicles.
